Directions
- First thaw out the shrimp and remove tails.
- Next toss the shrimp in lime juice and the packet of Senora Verde Taco Seasoning. Let them sit for atleast 10 minutes in marinade.
- While shrimp are "marinating" toast off the tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat. Then set aside and cover with a towel.
- Prepare coleslaw according to directions on packaging
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan then toast each side of the tortilla for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos, adding in coleslaw, shrimp, then jalapenos.
