Triple Chocolate Cake

  • Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • As Needed, Milk Chocolate Icing
  • 1/2 cup Medieros Oil
  • 3 Good Nature Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ginger Evans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two (2) 9″ round pans with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour mixture into greased pans and bake for 30 – 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, check cake using a toothpick. If the toothpick is not clean when removing, cook another 10 minutes.
  4. Allow cake to cool for 30 minutes then apply the chocolate icing.
  5. Place icing between cake layers and on the outside of the cake.
  6. Enjoy.
  1. Substitute milk or chocolate milk for water
  2. Top with Aces chocolate covered peanuts
  3. Top with sliced strawberries to cut the sweetness
