Harvest Apple Crisp (Dairy & Nut Free)

  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp Ginger Evans All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Ginger Evans Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Fairhill Farms Applesauce
  • 1 cup Kiggins’ Quick Rollin’ Oats
  • 10 cups Apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Evans Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Evans Baking Soda
  • to taste, Marcum Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Peel, core, then slice apples. Now spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Place sliced apples in baking dish. Next, in a bowl mix white sugar, 1tbsp flour, salt, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.
  4. Pour water evenly over apples
  5. Combine oats, remaining flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder. Once mixed, add in applesauce (or any alternative) until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle oat mixture over contents in baking dish
  7. Bake until golden brown and edges are forming bubbles, about 45 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let sit for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!

  1. You might only need 1/4 cup of applesauce.
  2. The applesauce can be substituted for Pumpkin Puree, Coconut Oil, or Bananas.
