Harvest Apple Crisp (Dairy & Nut Free)

- 1 cup + 1 tbsp Ginger Evans All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Ginger Evans Granulated White Sugar
- 1 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Pickwell Farms Applesauce
- 1 cup Kiggins’ Quick Rollin’ Oats
- 10 cups Apples, cored and sliced
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Evans Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Evans Baking Soda
- to taste, Marcum Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Peel, core, then slice apples. Now spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Place sliced apples in baking dish. Next, in a bowl mix white sugar, 1tbsp flour, salt, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.
- Pour water evenly over apples
- Combine oats, remaining flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder. Once mixed, add in applesauce (or any alternative) until crumbly.
- Sprinkle oat mixture over contents in baking dish
- Bake until golden brown and edges are forming bubbles, about 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let sit for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!
- You might only need 1/4 cup of applesauce.
- The applesauce can be substituted for Pumpkin Puree, Coconut Oil, or Bananas.
