Chocolate Peanut Butter Pizza

- 2 cups Ginger Evans Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Ginger Evans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1-1 1/2 cups Ginger Evans All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Medeiros Pre-Creamed Shortening
- 1/2 cup Nutsome Peanut Butter, creamy
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Vanilla Extract
- 2 Good Nature Large Eggs, room temperature
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. About 5-7 minutes.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Add flour to the mixture, mixing well to ensure no clumps have formed.
- Grease a 12″ pizza pan with cooking spray. Place dough on the pan spread out.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes.
- Take crust out of the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Bake again for 3-5 minutes. Let cool then enjoy!
- Add fresh raspberries on top.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce, or caramel on pizza for a garnish.
- Add strawberry jelly on top of crust before baking for a PB & J flavor.
