Chocolate Peanut Butter Pizza

  • 2 cups Ginger Evans Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Ginger Evans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-1  1/2 cups Ginger Evans All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Medeiros Pre-Creamed Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Nutsome Peanut Butter, creamy
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Good Nature Large Eggs, room temperature
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. About 5-7 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour to the mixture, mixing well to ensure no clumps have formed.
  5. Grease a 12″ pizza pan with cooking spray. Place dough on the pan spread out.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  7. Take crust out of the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  8. Bake again for 3-5 minutes. Let cool then enjoy!
  1. Add fresh raspberries on top.
  2. Drizzle chocolate sauce, or caramel on pizza for a garnish.
  3. Add strawberry jelly on top of crust before baking for a PB & J flavor.
