Directions:
Adjust oven rack for the lowest possible position. Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until it reaches a creamy consistency.
In the same bowl, mix in eggs and mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips or nuts. Bake for 50 minutes.
Halfway through baking, cover the bread with aluminum foil.
After 50 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center and it should come out clean with a few moist crumbs.
Allow bread to cool then enjoy!
