Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with oil/spray or with cupcake liners.
- Open cherry pie filling and set aside 6-8 cherries.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and cherry pie filling, until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into greased cupcake pan and bake for 19-24 minutes.
- After cook time, check cupcakes using a toothpick. If not done, cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Allow cupcakes to cool for 30 minutes then apply white icing.
- Place chocolate chips in a food processor, then garnish cupcakes with the pieces and cherries.
- Enjoy.
