Peaches & Cream Oatmeal

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Marcum Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Marcum Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
  • 1 cup Kiggins Steel-Cut Oats
  • 2 (15.25-oz. cans) Pickwell Farms Sliced Peaches, drained
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Evans Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coburn Farms Heavy Cream plus extra for serving
  • ¼ tsp. Marcum Vanilla Extract
  1. Combine water, cinnamon, salt and butter. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in steel-cut oats and reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer uncovered for 25-30 or until oats are desired texture.
  4. Meanwhile, cut sliced peaches into small cubes.
  5. Stir in cut peaches, sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Serve warm with a splash of heavy cream (optional).
