Ingredients
1, 32-oz. container low fat vanilla yogurt
1, 12-oz. bag frozen mixed berries, thawed

Directions

  1. Gather 6 short drinking glasses.
  2. Cover the bottom of each glass with berries (about 2 Tbsp. each)
  3. Layer 1/3 cup yogurt on top of berries. Repeat with another layer of berries, another layer of yogurt, and one final layer of berries.
  4. Serve chilled.
