Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9″x 13″ baking dish.
Mix eggs, cheese, ham, bagels, pepper and onion mix, milk garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until well-combined; pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are set
Let rest for 5 minutes to ensure fully cooked then serve.
