1 ½ tsp. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon + extra
1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup Coburn Farms 2% milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
10 slices white sandwich bread, sliced in half on the diagonal

  1. Combine brown sugar, margarine, honey and cinnamon in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer and cook this caramel mixture for 5 minutes.

  4. Drizzle any remaining egg mixture onto the bread slices. Sprinkle with a few pinches of ground cinnamon.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
  6. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
