Directions
- Season beef with salt & pepper. Heat oil in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat. Add cubed beef and brown on each side, about 6 minutes. Remove beef.
- Add onions and garlic into saucepot and cook for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
- Add in broth, seasoning packet, and bay leaf then heat to a boil. Return beef to the saucepot and reduce to low heat. Cover and cook for 90 minutes.
- Add carrots and potatoes to saucepot and cook, covered, for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove and discard bay leaf.
- Place in a bowl and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Add celery or parsnips to the beef stew
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce could be a good addition to the sauce

- 1 lbs Beef Stew Meat, cubed

- 2 Potatoes, medium dice

- 2 tbsp Fairhill Farms Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger Evans All-Purpose Flour
- 1 can Marcum Beef Broth
- 1 packet Marcum Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
- 2 leaves Marcum Bay Leaf
- Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
