Directions

  1. In a large pot, add oil followed by meat and onion. Cook on medium heat until meat is browned.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water chili seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add beans and simmer for another 50 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with jalapeno and cheese.

Recipe Tips

  • Double the ingredients for a heartier chili
  • Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, ½" dice
  • 1 can Fairhill Farms Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Farihill Farms Tomato Sauce
  • 2 packets of Marcum Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can of Wylwood Chili Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of Wylwood Dark Kidney Beans
  • Coburn Farms Cheddar or Mexican Shredded Cheese as desired
  • 3 Jalapeno, sliced for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Mederios Oil
  • 2 cups of Water
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
