Meunster, chopped and melted
8 oz

Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup
Coburn Farms
Milk (2%)
1 White Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp
Marcum
Paprika
1/4 tsp
Marcum
Salt h
1/4 tsp
Marcum
Pepper
1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds
Directions:
Chop gouda and meunster into small cubes.
Heat medium saucepan to low heat. Add milk, and let it get warm.
Once small bubbles develop on outside of milk, gradually add in cheese one cup at a time until all cheese is added.
Constantly stir cheese and milk so they are fully mixed together. Then add cream cheese and continue to mix.
Once cream cheese is fully mixed into the cheese, add the onion and seasonings.
Transfer into a bowl. Serve warm or chilled.
Recipe Tips:
Pairs well with Easton’s Soft Pretzels
Add 1/4 cup of your favorite larger or dark beer with the milk to make a beer cheese
Brie cheese can be substituted for meunster
