Yields: 8 cups

  • 1 (16 oz.) package Coburn Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 (1 oz.) Marcum Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Senora Verde Refried Beans
  • 2 ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cups Coburn Farms Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Kurtz sliced Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
  1. Combine taco seasoning mix with sour cream, set aside.
  2. Spread refried beans into a shallow serving dish. Layer remaining ingredients in this order: sour cream, mashed avocado, cheese, tomato, olives and green onions.
  3. Allow Layered Fiesta Dip to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
