Italian Meatball Sliders

  • 24 Farmington Italian Meatballs
  • 1 cup Coburn Farms Mozzarella shreds
  • 1 jar Mantia’s Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coburn Farms Butter
  • 1 tsp Ginger Evans Sugar
  • 2 dozen King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • to taste, Marcum Salt & Pepper
  1. Mix the meatballs, pasta sauce, sugar, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  2. Place in the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 hours
  3. During the last 30 minutes preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half, butter the inside of the rolls and sprinkle mozzarella on them
  5. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown
  6. Place sauce covered meatballs on the rolls to make a slider and enjoy!

Add chili sauce for a tangy kick
