Front Four Fresh Salsa

Yields: 2 1/2 cups

  • 14.5 oz can Pickwell Farms Diced Tomato, drained
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice (1-2 limes)
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Evans Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 inch dice (stem, seeds and ribs removed)
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, 1/4  inch dice (about 1/2 a large red onion)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, roughly chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Add the drained tomatoes, lime juice, garlic powder and sugar to a bowl. Use a fork to mash and mix the tomato.
  2. Gently stir in the bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Allow salsa to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
  1. Add 1 Jalapeno, minced with seeds and ribs removed, for more spice.
