Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Total Time: 1 Hour 5 Minutes
Yields: 8

  •  8 oz. block Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Coburn Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz. package Marcum Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 14 -16 Jalapenos
  • 16 oz. package Farmington Bacon, each piece cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. Bramley’s Honey
  • 1 tsp. water
  • Toothpicks
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the pan. Set aside.
  2. To make filling, combine cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the peppers: it is advisable to wear rubber gloves when cutting jalapenos, as the natural chemicals in the peppers may cause a burning sensation when in contact with skin and eyes. Cut jalapenos in half length wise. With a spoon, scrape out the seeds and white membranes.
  4. Spread the cheese filling into each jalapeno half so that it is level with the sides of the pepper.
  5. Wrap peppers with the bacon and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  6. Place the bacon wrapped jalapenos onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and increase temperature to 425 degrees.
  8. Combine honey and water and mix to a pourable syrup consistency and use a spoon to drizzle the honey mixture across the peppers.
  9. Return to the oven and bake 5-10 minutes or until bacon is crispy and honey is caramelized.
  10. Remove from oven and serve warm. Remember to remove the toothpicks!
