Directions
- In a large pot, add oil followed by meat and onion. Cook on medium heat until meat is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water chili seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add beans and simmer for another 50 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with jalapeno and cheese.
Recipe Tips
- Double the ingredients for a heartier chili
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions

- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, ½" dice
- 1 can Fairhill Farms Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Farihill Farms Tomato Sauce
- 2 packets of Marcum Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can of Wylwood Chili Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of Wylwood Dark Kidney Beans
- Coburn Farms Cheddar or Mexican Shredded Cheese as desired
- 3 Jalapeno, sliced for garnish
- 2 tbsp Mederios Oil
- 2 cups of Water
- Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
