Stuffed Corn Muffins

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray muffin tray with cooking spray or line with baking cups.
- Mix together corn muffin mix, egg, milk, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pork and BBQ sauce.
- Fill the muffin tins half way, add 1-2 tbsp of pulled pork to each cup.
- Top muffins with the remaining batter.
- Use the remaining 1/4 of shredded cheese to top each muffin.
- Bake for 20 minutes, use a toothpick to determine if product is done.
- Remove from tin and allow to cool before serving.

- Coburn Farms Milk 1/3 cup
- Coburn Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup
