Directions
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and cayenne.
- Cut bread loafs to your preferred size.
- Apply the mustard-mayo sauce to each half of the bread.
- Assemble your sandwich; on the bottom place cheese, then pulled pork, followed by 3 slices of ham then pickles.
- On the top add another slice of the Swiss cheese then place the top part over the bottom.
- In a skillet on medium heat, melt the butter. Place your sandwiches in the skillet. Use another heavy pan to press down the top bun of the sandwich, 3-4 minutes each side.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Recipe Tips
- Add a little pickle juice to your mustard-mayo sauce for a tangy twist.

- French Bread / Brioche / Cuban Loaf 1 loaf
- Coburn Farms or Market Selections Swiss Cheese 8 slices
- Farmington Ham, sliced 12 slices (3 each)
- Kurtz Bread & Butter Pickles 16 (4 each)
- Kurtz Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Kurtz Yellow Mustard or Spicy Brown 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Marcum Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp
