Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Directions
- Preheat and set smoker to 250°F.
- In an aluminum pan, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Place in smoker uncovered for 1 to 2 hours or until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Remove from smoker and serve hot with tortilla chips, celery, or crackers.
