Directions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. Stir in rice, frozen vegetables, and seasonings.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.

  • 1 TBL Medeiros Vegetable Oil
  • 12oz Farmington Smoked Sausage
  • 1.5 cups Fairhill Farms Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 cups Kaskey’s Chicken Broth
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • Marcum Salt/Pepper (to taste)
