Directions

  1. Marinate chicken wings in buttermilk & pickle juice overnight to brine.
  2. Once marinated, drain liquid and pat dry.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Add vegetable oil to a large pot, enough to cover chicken, and allow to heat to 275°F.
  5. In a large bowl, add 2 cups of flour with 2 tbsp of Nashville hot seasoning. In another bowl, break 5 eggs and whisk them together.
  6. Dredge chicken wings in eggs then in the flour mixture, then the eggs and flour mixture again.
  7. Place chicken wings in fryer oil, make sure not to crowd the pan. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Place wings in oven for additional time, if not up to 165°F.
  9. Toss with 2 more tbsp of Nashville Hot Seasoning, and enjoy.
