Nashville Hot Chicken Wings

Directions
- Marinate chicken wings in buttermilk & pickle juice overnight to brine.
- Once marinated, drain liquid and pat dry.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add vegetable oil to a large pot, enough to cover chicken, and allow to heat to 275°F.
- In a large bowl, add 2 cups of flour with 2 tbsp of Nashville hot seasoning. In another bowl, break 5 eggs and whisk them together.
- Dredge chicken wings in eggs then in the flour mixture, then the eggs and flour mixture again.
- Place chicken wings in fryer oil, make sure not to crowd the pan. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place wings in oven for additional time, if not up to 165°F.
- Toss with 2 more tbsp of Nashville Hot Seasoning, and enjoy.
