Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for <strong>30 seconds</strong> while stirring.
  3. Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook for <strong>3-4 minutes</strong> or until shrimp turn pink.
  4. While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
