Directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
- Combine rice and shrimp in bowl, sprinkle with parsley.
