Directions
- Preheat grill on medium heat, reaching temperatures of 450-500°F.
- While grill is heating up, rub each T-bone with 1/2 tsp honey , then season each with 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning, lime zest, and salt & pepper.
- Before placing steaks on grill, make sure to oil grates to ensure there is no sticking.
- Place steaks on the grates diagonally, and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn steaks 90 degrees so they are facing diagonally the other way.
- Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more minutes or until you reach your desired temperature.
- Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes. Squeeze fresh lime on top, then enjoy.
