Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Combine soup, milk, water rice, parmesan, and Italian seasoning in the bottom of an 11x7x2” casserole dish. Dot rice with small pieces of butter.
- Place chicken breasts on rice and sprinkle with parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F and rice is tender.
- Let sit for 10 minutes. Thoroughly stir rice before serving.

- 1 cup Coburn Farms Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Simple Earth White Rice Long Grain
- 1/4 cup Mantia’s Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/4 lb. Thin Cut Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
