Mustard Glazed Salmon with Herbed Vegetables

Directions
- Thaw fillets and set aside.
- While the salmon is thawing, whisk together oil, spicy brown mustard, soy sauce, thyme and grated garlic.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Once the salmon is thawed, put it in an oven safe dish. Pour over half of the mustard mixture and allow the salmon to marinate for 15 minutes.
- After the salmon is marinated, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20 minutes.
- When 10 minutes have passed, cook California Medley according to package instructions.
- With 5 minutes left on the salmon, pour the remaining mustard mixture on top.
- After the California Medley is prepared, toss the contents in 1 tbsp of Marcum Original Seasoning Blend.
- Allow the salmon to cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the salmon
- Dill can be substituted for the thyme if needed.
- If Spicy Brown mustard is too spicy, substitute Dijon.
