Directions

  1. Thaw fillets and set aside.
  2. While the salmon is thawing, whisk together oil, spicy brown mustard, soy sauce, thyme and grated garlic.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Once the salmon is thawed, put it in an oven safe dish. Pour over half of the mustard mixture and allow the salmon to marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. After the salmon is marinated, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. When 10 minutes have passed, cook California Medley according to package instructions.
  7. With 5 minutes left on the salmon, pour the remaining mustard mixture on top.
  8. After the California Medley is prepared, toss the contents in 1 tbsp of Marcum Original Seasoning Blend.
  9. Allow the salmon to cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Squeeze fresh lemon over the salmon
  • Dill can be substituted for the thyme if needed.
  • If Spicy Brown mustard is too spicy, substitute Dijon.
