Directions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Season both sides of pork chops with Marcum seasoning.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Once hot, place pork chops in skillet and sear for <strong>2 minutes on each side</strong>
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the pork chops on foil and cover with sliced onion and apples.
- Cover with additional aluminum foil and crimp the edges of the two pieces together. Place the sheet into pre-heated oven for <strong>16-18 minutes</strong>.
- Prepare mixed vegetales based on packaging instructions while pork chops are baking.
- Serve pork chops with apples, onions, and mixed vegetables.

- 1 Onion, Yellow sliced thin
- 2 Red Delicious or Honey Crisp Apples, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Marcum Smokey Mesquite Seasoning Rub
- 16 oz Fairhill Farms Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Tbsp Medeiros Olive Oil
- Marcum Salt & Pepper, to taste
