Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions on the box.
  3. Drain noodles and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. In a large bowl, stir cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add shredded cooked chicken, drained noodles, and some of the cheddar cheese and stir gently.
  6. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. The cheese on top should be melted and starting to brown.
  8. Garnish with a drizzle of ranch and hot sauce, then sprinkle on chopped green onions and serve!

Recipe Tips

  • Blue cheese dressing can be substituted for ranch.
  • Blue cheese crumbles can be a garnish as well.

  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • for garnish Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 box Mantia's Penne Pasta
