Directions

  1. Preheat and set smoker to 250°F.
  2. In an aluminum pan, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place in smoker uncovered for 1 to 2 hours or until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  4. Remove from smoker and serve hot with tortilla chips, celery, or crackers.

  • Optional: chopped green onions or blue cheese crumbles for topping
