- Place a large skillet over medium heat and add oil to pan. Allow to get hot, then sear chuck roast for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove chuck roast from pan and add all the ingredients to your crockpot besides the potatoes and water.
- Let crockpot cook for at least 6 hours on low heat.
- 5 minutes before you are ready to eat, prepare the garlic mashed potatoes. Use two pouches of the potato mix and following the cooking instructions on the back
- Assemble your plate: Place mashed potatoes on the bottom, followed by pot roast, banana peppers, cooking liquid, then another sprinkle of parsley.

- Add carrots, onions, or parsnips to your pot if more vegetables are desired.
- Use fresh parsley for a more natural flavor

- 4 servings Dish'd Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 4 Kurtz Banana Peppers
- 1 packet Marcum Ranch Seasoning
- 1 packet Marcum Slow Cooker Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Marcum Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Marcum Parsley
- 4 cups Water
