Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F; spray baking cups with cooking spray.
- Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fill 24 baking cups with batter. Bake for 19 to 23 minutes.
- Use a toothpick to ensure cupcakes are cooked through.
- Let cupcakes cool for 20 minutes then ice with white icing.
- Completely cover iced cupcakes with coconut flakes.
