Directions

  1. In a disposable aluminum pan, mix cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat smoker to 250°F and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Take out of smoker, stir and place back on smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Top with more cheese and serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies.

Recipe Tips

  • Use chopped cilantro, cotija cheese, jalapenos, extra chili powder for extra flavoring
  • Instead of using a smoker, use a skillet on a grill over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes
