Directions
- In a disposable aluminum pan, mix cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat smoker to 250°F and cook for 30 minutes.
- Take out of smoker, stir and place back on smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
- Top with more cheese and serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies.
Recipe Tips
- Use chopped cilantro, cotija cheese, jalapenos, extra chili powder for extra flavoring
- Instead of using a smoker, use a skillet on a grill over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes

- Kurtz Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
