Directions

  1. Portion ground beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with salt and pepper. Place in fridge while prepping other items.
  2. Prepare bacon using desired method.
  3. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties in skillet and cook 6 minutes each side.
  4. While burgers are cooking, in the same pan add the chopped onions. Allow to cook with the beef.
  5. Once burgers are ready, remove them and the onions from the pan. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over each patty and let the cheese melt.
  6. Toast buns in oven or on stove top until slightly crispy.
  7. Spread peanut butter onto each bun then add bacon, pickles, onions, and cheese. You can add lettuce, tomato and ketchup if desired.
  8. Enjoy!

  • Burgers can be grilled as well.

  • Farmington Bacon, thick cut 16 slices
  • Coburn Farm Cheddar Cheese 8 slices
  • Nutsome Peanut Butter 8 tsp
  • Kurtz Ketchup as desired
  • Kurtz Dill Pickles as desired
  • Onion, chopped 1 or 2
  • Lettuce, shredded as desired
  • Tomatoes, sliced as desired
  • Grissom's Hamburger Buns 8 buns
  • Marcum Salt to taste
  • Marcum Pepper to taste
