Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Place turkey skin side up on a rack, in a large roasting pan.
- Roast uncovered for 1 hour.
- Next mix apple juice, melted butter, seasonings, and garlic together. Then brush half of the contents all over the turkey.
- Roast for another 30 minutes
- Brush the remaining mixture on the turkey once more.
- Roast for another 1 hour
- Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165℉, remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Pour pan drippings into a measuring cup, skimming off fat. Heat in a skillet adding in cornstarch and 2 tbsp of tap water. Stir and let boil for 1 minute. season to taste
