Directions
- In a large skillet or pot, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned (about 3–4 minutes).
- Stir in rice, frozen vegetables, and seasonings.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.

- 1 TBL Medeiros Vegetable Oil
- 12oz Farmington Smoked Sausage
- 1.5 cups Fairhill Farms Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 2 cups Kaskey’s Chicken Broth
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- Marcum Salt/Pepper (to taste)
