Directions
- Portion ground beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with burger seasoning and place in fridge while you are prepping other items.
- Spray a large skillet with nonstick oil and cook patties over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
- While burgers are cooking, cut the ends of pepper jack slices to make them look like teeth.
- Remove burgers from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Toast buns in oven or on stove top until slightly crispy.
- Place a slice of tomato on the bottom bun, followed by a patty then pickle tongue, pepper jack fangs, ketchup, and top bun with olives on toothpicks for the eyes.

Recipe Tips
- Any white cheese is an acceptable substitute for pepper jack.
- Chicken or Turkey burgers can be substituted for a healthier alternative.
- Add lettuce and onion on top of the tomato if desired.

- 2 lb of Ground Beef
- 8 ct of Coburn Farms Pepper Jack Slices, jagged at ends
- 8 slices of Kurtz Pickle Sandwich Slices
- 8 Hamburger Buns
- 16 olives of Kurtz Pimiento Stuffed Olives
- as needed Kurtz Ketchup
- 8 Tomatoes Sliced
- 2 tsp of Marcum Burger Seasoning
- 16 Ginger Evans Toothpicks
