Directions

  1. Portion ground beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with burger seasoning and place in fridge while you are prepping other items.
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick oil and cook patties over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
  3. While burgers are cooking, cut the ends of pepper jack slices to make them look like teeth.
  4. Remove burgers from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Toast buns in oven or on stove top until slightly crispy.
  6. Place a slice of tomato on the bottom bun, followed by a patty then pickle tongue, pepper jack fangs, ketchup, and top bun with olives on toothpicks for the eyes.
  7. Enjoy your Monster Burger...if you dare.

Recipe Tips

  • Any white cheese is an acceptable substitute for pepper jack.
  • Chicken or Turkey burgers can be substituted for a healthier alternative.
  • Add lettuce and onion on top of the tomato if desired.

  • 2 lb of Ground Beef
  • 8 ct of Coburn Farms Pepper Jack Slices, jagged at ends
  • 8 slices of Kurtz Pickle Sandwich Slices
  • 8 Hamburger Buns
  • 16 olives of Kurtz Pimiento Stuffed Olives
  • as needed Kurtz Ketchup
  • 8 Tomatoes Sliced
  • 2 tsp of Marcum Burger Seasoning
  • 16 Ginger Evans Toothpicks
