Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling for 15 minutes or just until tender. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, green onions, sugar, parsley flake, black pepper and bacon bits.
- Fold the cooled potatoes and shredded cheese into the dressing. Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.

- 2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 1/3 cups Kurtz salad dressing
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Ginger Evans sugar
- 1 tsp Marcum parsley flake
- 1/4 tsp Marcum black pepper
- 1/4 cup Kurtz real bacon bits
- 1/2 cup Coburn Farms shredded cheddar cheese
