Directions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add oil, then onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, brewed coffee, chipotles, broth, chicken, and spices and ground coffee, let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add beans and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime zest.

- 1 can of Senora Verde Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 can of Wylwood Chili Beans
- 1 can of Wylwood Black Beans
- 1 can of Fairhill Farms Tomato Sauce
- 32 oz Marcum Chicken Broth
- 2 cups of McDaniel's Coffee, brewed
- 3 peppers Chipotles, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup of Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Limes, zested then quartered
- 2 tbsp of Mederios Oil
- 1 tbsp Marcum Cumin
- 1 tbsp of Marcum Oregano
- 1/4 tbsp of Marcum Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp of Marcum Paprika
- 1 tbsp of Marcum Salt
- 1 tbsp of Marcum Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp of McDaniel's Ground Coffee
