Directions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the meat, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer browned meat to another bowl, and drain the grease.
- In the same pot, add onions, garlic and 2 tbsp of grease or olive oil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add back in your browned meat, seasonings, broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes, then bring to a boil.
- Once at a boil, stir pasta into soup, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Add in, spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan and let cook for 5 more minutes stirring to ensure the cheese does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Shred block mozzarella and parmesan for a better texture
- Add fresh basil and parsley to lighten up the soup
- Add two cups of additional water if needed

- 8 oz Mantia's Lasagna Pasta
- 4 cups Marcum Beef Broth
- 1 cup Coburn Farms Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 can Fairhill Farms Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Fairhill Farms Tomato Diced w/ Oregano Basil Garlic
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Marcum Basil
- 1/2 Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
