Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except water and cornstarch to a slow cooker, and set on low for 6 hours.
  2. After 6 hours, drain liquid from slow cooker into a large sauce pot.
  3. Add cornstarch and cold water to liquid and bring to a boil. Stir until liquid thickens into a sauce like consistency.
  4. Season sauce with salt and pepper, then serve over beef and vegetables.

Recipe Tips

  • Serve with Bread, Rice, Egg Noodles, Mashed Potatoes or a side salad.
  • Add crushed red pepper

  • 2 lbs Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 onion Yellow Onion, large dice
  • 16 oz Baby Carrots
  • 1 pouch Marcum Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Marcum Beef Broth
  • 1/2 lb Potatoes, peeled and cut in half
  • 2 stalks Celery, half-moons
  • 1 tbs Kurtz Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 3 tsp Ginger Evans Cornstarch
  • 3 tsp Water, cold
