Directions
- Add all ingredients except water and cornstarch to a slow cooker, and set on low for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, drain liquid from slow cooker into a large sauce pot.
- Add cornstarch and cold water to liquid and bring to a boil. Stir until liquid thickens into a sauce like consistency.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper, then serve over beef and vegetables.
Recipe Tips
- Serve with Bread, Rice, Egg Noodles, Mashed Potatoes or a side salad.
- Add crushed red pepper

- 2 lbs Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 onion Yellow Onion, large dice
- 16 oz Baby Carrots
- 1 pouch Marcum Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
- 1 can Marcum Beef Broth
- 1/2 lb Potatoes, peeled and cut in half
- 2 stalks Celery, half-moons
- 1 tbs Kurtz Worcestershire
- 2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp Ginger Evans Cornstarch
- 3 tsp Water, cold
