Directions

  1. In a large pot on medium heat, sauté ground sausage until there is no more pink.
  2. Drain the fat when sausage is browned, add cole slaw mix and sauté for 3 minutes, adding in 1 tsp of the grease.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the pot, stir, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, and let cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Season to taste and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Add Marcum Bay Leaf, Italian Seasoning, and Chili Flake for more flavor.
  • Top with fresh chopped parsley or serve with a lemon wedge

  • 16 oz Italian Sausage, ground
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans, drained & washed
  • 1 jar (24 oz) of Garlic Herb Pasta Sauce
  • 3 cups of Vegetable Stock
  • 1 pack of Cole Slaw Mix
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
