Directions
- In a large pot on medium heat, sauté ground sausage until there is no more pink.
- Drain the fat when sausage is browned, add cole slaw mix and sauté for 3 minutes, adding in 1 tsp of the grease.
- Add remaining ingredients to the pot, stir, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, and let cook for 20 minutes.
- Season to taste and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Add Marcum Bay Leaf, Italian Seasoning, and Chili Flake for more flavor.
- Top with fresh chopped parsley or serve with a lemon wedge

- 2 cans Great Northern Beans, drained & washed
- 1 jar (24 oz) of Garlic Herb Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups of Vegetable Stock
- 1 pack of Cole Slaw Mix
