Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Directions
- Measure out dry ingredients, and mix them together in a bowl until fully incorporated.
- Toss thawed wings in the seasoning making sure each wing is evenly coated with a generous amount of seasoning.
- Preheat grill on medium - high heat.
- Once grill is hot, use a grill-safe nonstick spray or brush oil on the grates to ensure wings do not stick.
- Place wings on oiled grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn wings so they become crispy.
- Move chicken wings to indirect heat and continue to cook with the lid closed for another 6-8 minute or until 165°F.
- Squeeze lemon over wings before serving.
- Prepare salad kit with your favorite Kurtz Dressing.
