Directions

  1. Measure out dry ingredients, and mix them together in a bowl until fully incorporated.
  2. Toss thawed wings in the seasoning making sure each wing is evenly coated with a generous amount of seasoning.
  3. Preheat grill on medium - high heat.
  4. Once grill is hot, use a grill-safe nonstick spray or brush oil on the grates to ensure wings do not stick.
  5. Place wings on oiled grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn wings so they become crispy.
  6. Move chicken wings to indirect heat and continue to cook with the lid closed for another 6-8 minute or until 165°F.
  7. Squeeze lemon over wings before serving.
  8. Prepare salad kit with your favorite Kurtz Dressing.
