Grilled Corn with Garlic Mayo & Cheese

Directions
- Heat the grill to medium.
- Prepare the corn. Pull the outer husks down the cob, down to the base; leaving the husk attached. Remove the corn silk (fine strands) from each cob. Once silk is removed, fold outer husks back into place.
- Grill the corn cobs for 20 minutes with grill covered. Turn cobs every 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the garlic mayo by mixing lime mayonesa and garlic powder. Set it aside.
- Remove from heat and allow cobs to cool enough so that husks can be removed.
- Brush the corn cobs with garlic mayo and sprinkle with cheese.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, a few pinches of chili powder and paprika, and a squeeze of lime juice (optional)

- 1/4 tsp. Marcum Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Mantia’s Parmesan Grated or crumbled Tio Santi Cotija Cheese
