Grilled Citrus Ribeye Steak w/ Baked Zucchini

Directions
- Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, garlic powder, cumin and tsp of salt.
- Place steaks in a large zippered bag and pour marinade over steak. Shake bag to ensure steaks are well coated with marinade.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove steaks from bag and discard marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grease grill grates with grill spray.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Slice zucchini into ½" rounds. Toss zucchini with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper and about 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
- Line sheet tray with foil and place zucchini on tray then top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil and place pan near the top and broil 3-5 minutes.
- Season steaks with salt and paper then grill steaks 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness
- Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Recipe Tips
- Squeeze fresh limes or orange over the steak
- Add Marcum Crushed Red Pepper for a little kick

- Jade Dragon Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Tipton Grove Orange Juice ½ cup
- Limes, juiced 3 limes
- Zucchini 2
- Marcum Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Marcum Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
- Marcum Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
- Coburn Farms Parmesan Cheese 4 tbsp
- Marcum Ground Cumin ½ tsp
- Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
