Directions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, garlic powder, cumin and tsp of salt.
  2. Place steaks in a large zippered bag and pour marinade over steak. Shake bag to ensure steaks are well coated with marinade.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour, remove steaks from bag and discard marinade.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grease grill grates with grill spray.
  6. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  7. Slice zucchini into ½" rounds. Toss zucchini with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper and about 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
  8. Line sheet tray with foil and place zucchini on tray then top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Turn oven to broil and place pan near the top and broil 3-5 minutes.
  10. Season steaks with salt and paper then grill steaks 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness
  11. Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Recipe Tips

  • Squeeze fresh limes or orange over the steak
  • Add Marcum Crushed Red Pepper for a little kick

  • Boneless Ribeye Steaks 1 ½ lbs.
  • Jade Dragon Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tipton Grove Orange Juice ½ cup
  • Limes, juiced 3 limes
  • Zucchini 2
  • Marcum Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Marcum Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
  • Marcum Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
  • Coburn Farms Parmesan Cheese 4 tbsp
  • Marcum Ground Cumin ½ tsp
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
