Glazed Apple Chicken Wings

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- Toss wings in a bowl with baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place wings on a foil-lined baking sheet with a wire rack (or use parchment paper if you don’t have a rack).
- Bake for 30 minutes, flip, then bake an additional 15–20 minutes until crispy.
- While wings bake, simmer apple cider or apple juice, vinegar, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan for 20–25 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Toss baked wings in the warm wing sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- After saucing your wings, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes at 450°F for an even crispier glaze.
- Garnish with shaved apple or thyme for more fall flavor.
- Serve with celery and/or carrots sticks.

- 1.5 cups of Apple Cider or Tipton Grove Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp of Kurtz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp of Bramley's Honey
- 1 tbsp of Ginger Evans Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Paprika
- 1/2 tsp of Marcum Garlic Powder
- pinch of Marcum Cinnamon
- to taste Marcum Salt & Pepper
