Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  2. Toss wings in a bowl with baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Place wings on a foil-lined baking sheet with a wire rack (or use parchment paper if you don’t have a rack).
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flip, then bake an additional 15–20 minutes until crispy.
  5. While wings bake, simmer apple cider or apple juice, vinegar, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan for 20–25 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss baked wings in the warm wing sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • After saucing your wings, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes at 450°F for an even crispier glaze.
  • Garnish with shaved apple or thyme for more fall flavor.
  • Serve with celery and/or carrots sticks.

  • 1.5 cups of Apple Cider or Tipton Grove Apple Juice
  • 2 tbsp of Kurtz Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of Bramley's Honey
  • 1 tbsp of Ginger Evans Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Marcum Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Marcum Garlic Powder
  • pinch of Marcum Cinnamon
  • to taste Marcum Salt & Pepper
