Directions
- Add the drained tomatoes, lime juice, garlic powder and sugar to a bowl. Use a fork to mash and mix the tomato.
- Gently stir in the bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Allow salsa to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

- 14.5 oz can Fairhill Farms Diced Tomato, drained
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice (1-2 limes)
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Evans Granulated Sugar
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 inch dice (stem, seeds and ribs removed)
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, 1/4 inch dice (about 1/2 a large red onion)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, roughly chopped
- Salt & pepper
