Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and lightly grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine meat, cheese, parsley, garlic, black pepper and egg. Mix well and shape into 12 equal sized meatballs
- Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 °F.
- Serve with your favorite Mantia’s pasta and sauce; or use Italian bread, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese to make meatball subs.
- Cook hamburgers 4-6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. The recommended internal cooking temperature for ground beef is 160°F which is a “well done” burger.
- Remove burgers from direct heat and melt cheese slices.
- Assemble burger patties on buns and top each with 2 slices of bacon, about 2 tablespoons of French fried onions, jalapeno slices (optional), and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
