Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp in a bowl of cold water.
  2. Season mashed avocado with crushed red pepper, salt, and mix of lemon juice & zest and Greek yogurt.
  3. Assemble everything together. Use your cucumber as a base, then a spoonful of the avocado mixture, topped with a piece of shrimp.

Recipe Tips

  • Garnish with chopped parsley, basil, or green onion
  • Add more on top for a fresh flavor profile.

  • 1/4 cup of Coburn Farms Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Avocado, mashed
  • 1 Lemon, zested & juiced
  • 1 tsp Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
  • Marcum Salt to taste
