Directions
- Thaw shrimp in a bowl of cold water.
- Season mashed avocado with crushed red pepper, salt, and mix of lemon juice & zest and Greek yogurt.
- Assemble everything together. Use your cucumber as a base, then a spoonful of the avocado mixture, topped with a piece of shrimp.
