Directions
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- Add the cold butter to the potatoes and mash until all the butter has completely melted.
- Mix in the soup mix, heavy cream, sour cream and cream cheese and mash until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

- 4 tbsp Coburn Farms Cold Butter, cubed
- 1 (1 oz.) packet Kaskey`s Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Sour Cream
- 2 oz. Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
